What is the best way to contact you?

Help! I've lost the care instructions. What is the best way to care for the knit/crochet products I have purchased from you? 

I recommend hand washing all knit and crochet items; washing machines and dryers can be very harsh and shorten the life of your new cozy goodness. Hand-wash in cold water as needed and lay flat to dry. Rather than wringing out excess water, it's best to lay your items on a towel and roll out the excess water instead, as wringing can distort the shape. If you are washing a beanie with a pom-pom, do not submerge the pom-pom.


Do you take custom orders?

I handle these requests on a case-by-case basis, depending on if I have access to the requested color and my availability at the time. Send me an email at JENNI@SAUNTRAHANDCRAFTED.COM with your request and we can chat!


Can I share your product on my blog?

Do you sell patterns?

This is something that I plan on doing in the future! Sign up for my newsletter if you're interested in patterns and you'll be the first to know.


What if the item I wanted is sold out? 

Please feel free to email me with the name of the item and color you would like. As long as it is not a "one of a kind" item and yarn availability is not an issue, I will be happy to move that item to the top of the list to restock and can notify you when the item(s) you have requested are back in stock.


Store Policies


Returns and Exchanges

I will accept returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis for items that are still in new condition, unused and unwashed. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me at JENNI@SAUNTRAHANDCRAFTED.COM within 14 days of delivery. I will contact you as soon as possible with details on returning or exchanging the item(s). For all accepted returns, I will refund the cost of the item minus the original shipping cost upon receiving the item. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers are also responsible for any damage if items are not returned in original condition. If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in the event the item is lost in the mail. I cannot accept returns on any custom-made orders or clearance items.


I will accept cancellations if the items have not already been shipped. If you need to cancel an order or have noticed a problem with your order, please contact me through email at JENNI@SAUNTRAHANDCRAFTED.COM as soon as possible, as I try to ship within 1-3 days of receiving payment for the order for ready-to-ship items.


Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the status of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet but feel as though you should have received it already, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at JENNI@SAUNTRAHANDCRAFTED.COM.
